Hi, I’m Daniel Aronowitz. I was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. If there’s one thing I’m good at it’s using data to understand and grow companies. I studied computer science and business at Vanderbilt and got a healthy dose of data science training during college. After I graduated, I went to work for my family’s business and started to put my education into practice. I’ve always loved numbers and quickly became obsessed with understanding the patterns in our financial and operations data. As I learned more about the data, I started understanding what levers I could pull to increase efficiency and how to design systems to boost revenue. Over time, I took on more operational responsibilities and oversaw an entire offshore team of close to 30 people. In 2018, I saw a business opportunity. I started my own data analytics and BPO firm serving small businesses across the country. That’s what sparked my passion for entrepreneurship and sales.

In building my own company, I learned about cold and warm outreach, building referral networks, navigating long sales cycles, and applying data analytics to all aspects of sales to ensure I was investing in the optimal sales channels. I also gained a massive appreciation for how to juggle the responsibility of nurturing client relationships while simultaneously managing a team. In 2 years, I had grown the company to around $1M/year in revenue. I was feeling pretty confident in my abilities as a young entrepreneur. Then 2020 came around and humbled me. Almost overnight, the business struggled to turn a profit. After many sleepless nights, I decided to close up shop.

My next job was as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte. It was the best business education I could have ever gotten. I was doing very similar work to what I had done while running my company. I was still putting together proposals for new business, managing client accounts, using data science to find efficiencies and opportunities for clients, and overseeing a 30+ person overseas team. But at Deloitte, I was operating at a much larger scale. Instead of working on $50K accounts like I had when running my own firm, I was working on $100M accounts. It was a phenomenal learning experience because it taught me how to pursue, close, and manage enterprise deals on a scale I had never thought possible. Deloitte taught me how to put together and deliver a winning proposal for a 7 figure deal with some of the most inspiring and innovative companies, how to speak confidently to CEOs, and most of all, they showed me how to relentlessly pursue the highest standards when delivering results for clients.

Now, I am leveraging the lessons and frameworks I’ve learned from scaling my firm and my time at Deloitte to help companies of all sizes scale up to the next level.
